Company Conformance StatementsIn the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:Provide superior care and service to internal and external customersPerform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervisionInteract professionally with other employees, customers and vendorsWork effectively as a team contributor on all assignmentsWork independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizationsPosition PurposeTicket Sales \u0026amp; Service Manager is responsible for increasing attendance and incremental revenue through outbound consumer sales efforts for assigned Auto Club Speedway events.The Ticket Sales \u0026amp; Service Manager provides leadership and day to day management of the outbound sales team here at Auto Club Speedway.The Ticket Sales \u0026amp; Service Manager will assist in building a sales culture within the ticket sales team conducive to hitting the company's overall sales goals.Ticket Sales \u0026amp; Service Manager will maintain and grow the organization's consumer ticket base and cultivate relationships with Auto Club Speedway fans.The Ticket Sales \u0026amp; Service Manager will work with ISC resources, such as the Sales Academy, to build out best practice strategies focused on retention, renewal and development of new sales towards Auto Club Speedway's portfolio of events.Ticket Sales \u0026amp; Service Manager will also be responsible for attending lead generation events throughout the community as needed (i.e., chamber events, ticket promotion events, trade shows, etc.).The Ticket Sales \u0026amp; Service Manager position is a full-time role involving event weekend and occasional extended weekday hours as needed.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Supervisor for Account Executive, Ticket Sales (2)Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/TasksServe as the leader amongst the sales team providing training, sales motivation, and developing creative ideas to increase salesTake a leadership role in our outbound ticket sales program by maintaining a minimum of 60 calls per dayCreates new markets for consumer and group tickets sales through industry research, cold/warm calls, outside sales meetings, and networking lead generationSupports leadership in strategic planning surrounding consumer and group focused ticket salesMaintain on-going sales training plansDevelops a list of prospects from resource materials and company recordsMaintains existing customer accounts and develops new customer accountsProcess orders and invoices using ticketing softwareEstablishes professional customer relationships with appropriate customer personnelFollows up with non-renewals and lapsed customers with sale optionsSets and maintains a weekly ticket sales goalAssists in goal setting for ticket sales staffDaily engagement with ISC ticket sales leadership teamPost-event evaluation of overall customer's experience and renewal follow upWork on consumer outbound call campaigns when needed to increase overall ticket salesAssist when needed with the creation and development of sales and promotional materials related to ticket salesMaintain CRM records for consumer accounts, group customers and prospectsSupport Raceway staff during event weekends as neededOther duties as assignedPerformance MeasuresTicket sales targets defined by event weekendOutbound contacts (based on sales strategy and plan)Courtesy and diplomacy with internal and external customersAttendance and punctualityMeeting deadlinesAttention to detailQualificationsMinimum of 12 months experience as a top sales professional within the sports industryBachelor's degree in Business Marketing or related fieldEffective communication, organizational, analytical, and time management skillsProfessional in appearance and communication (written - verbal - presentation)Ability to work well under pressureContagious and positive attitudeAbility to work evenings, and weekends as scheduledProficient in Microsoft Office Products and OutlookPreferred ExperienceProVenueMS DynamicsGroupmaticsWork RequirementsUsual office working conditions.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential responsibilities, duties, functions and tasks.Special Position RequirementsPosition may require travel as needed, holiday, and weekend work.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
