Summary/ObjectiveThe Customer Service Representative serves as a
direct liaison between customers, sales and all company departments
ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and resolution to
inquiries or concerns. This person should be a team player, be
adaptable, and possess superior communication and problem-solving
skills. The target is to ensure excellent customer service
standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, support
internal departments and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Essential FunctionsRespond and address customer inquiries via
telephone and email in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Promptly investigate any inquiries or concerns (scheduling,
delivery, invoicing, etc.) that cannot be immediately resolved.
Ensure effective resolution and interface with other departments to
resolve discrepancies. Establish relationships and engage with
customers. Continuous learning of our products and processes so
that you can answer customer inquiries. Keep records of customer
interactions, transactions, comments and issues.Communicate and
coordinate with other internal departments. Process reports,
internal forms and procedures as needed.Perform any other
departmental duties as indicated by supervisor.Minimum
Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year customer service
experienceCustomer service experience in the manufacturing field a
plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with ERP software a
plusAbility to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new
software applications Highly organized with proven ability to
multitask; able to prioritize workload under pressure and meet
deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
is required Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Physical Demands:
Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands,
reach, talk, hear.Vision requires close focus distance vision
peripheral vision color vision depth perception and focus
adjustment.Ability to work in an office setting environment as well
