Our headquarters and main manufacturing plant are located in Fontana, CA. Summary/ObjectiveThe Customer Service Representative serves as a direct liaison between customers, sales and all company departments ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and resolution to inquiries or concerns. This person should be a team player, be adaptable, and possess superior communication and problem-solving skills. The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, support internal departments and maintain high customer satisfaction. Essential FunctionsRespond and address customer inquiries via telephone and email in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Promptly investigate any inquiries or concerns (scheduling, delivery, invoicing, etc.) that cannot be immediately resolved. Ensure effective resolution and interface with other departments to resolve discrepancies. Establish relationships and engage with customers. Continuous learning of our products and processes so that you can answer customer inquiries. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and issues.Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments.
