Pays up to $85K This professional will oversee staff, provide professional development, motivate/inspire KPIs, will NOT be operating machines, HOWEVER must know how to operate and troubleshoot the functions to assist the TEAM of 6-10+ operators, ensuring safe operation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement with Lean Manufacturing practices and tools.
