What will you be doing?Barclays Services LLC seeks AVP, Workforce Analytics and Forecasting in Henderson, NV (multiple positions available):1. Responsible for planning and forecasting across Collections, Fraud, Care, and/or Credit operational functions.2. Maintain strong relationships across the network to understand business needs and impacts, ensuring appropriate staffing to serve customers across different lines of business.3. Assist in managing and training a team of analysts to provide accurate forecasts and effectively communicate results.4. Develop forecasting models and reporting procedures, migrating legacy processes from SAS to Python, while maintaining documentation and version control for reproducibility.5. Provide weekly/monthly diagnostics of forecast vs. actual results, analyzing main drivers for variance and financial impacts.6. Review current processes to increase efficiency or control gaps, and communicate changes for approval.7. May telecommute.Salary Range: $155,000 - $170,500 (base salary only, excluding additional compensation or benefits).This position is eligible for incentives under Barclays Employee Referral Program.Purpose of the roleTo optimize staffing levels, forecasts, scheduling, and workforce allocation through data analysis to enhance customer experience.Accountabilities
