Job Description:

This position works in collaboration with the Quality Engineer (QE) check for conformance to industry and company quality standards, policies, procedures, and programs; all in an effort to prevent non-conforming product from reaching the customer---s hands.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

--- Know and abide by company rules and policies with regards to safety and conduct, including the use and maintenance of company provided PPE.
--- Flexible schedule is required in regards to overtime and start time according to work volumes.
--- Other duties may be assigned by a manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

--- Inspect for and report quality issues to the QE, and Engineering Technicians so each issue can be addressed accordingly.
--- Perform random visual spot checks in different areas of the manufacturing process such as (but not limited to) shipping, Labeling, and Pre-Paint, to identify and fix the non-conforming product prior to leaving the plant.
--- Responsible for signing off on any RMA/Rework prior to being sent back to the customer.
--- Assist in the development of a QC check process.
--- Assist in inspecting finished product when needed and with special projects.
--- Responsible for performing in house Offline inspections.
--- Performing product conformance label assignments.
