OverviewAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking Diagnostic Radiologic Technologists (DRT) to support operations at -the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHCS) located at 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92356. Diagnostic Radiologic Technologists to provide radiographic examinations/procedures to VA beneficiaries of the VALLHCS. • The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist(s) shall collect and communicate all pertinent clinical information to the radiologist. The technologist shall properly identify the patient per Imaging Service protocol and explain exams to the patients.
• Technologists shall perform radiography of the entire body. Procedures performed includes, but not limited to Upper and lower gastrointestinal studies, Cholangiography, Intravenous Pyelograms, Operative Arthrography and Cholangiography.
• Technologists performs related clerical duties such as sending images to PACS, archiving images, and case editing of computer requests and reports.
• DRT Technologists, as required, maintains records and enters patient information into the computer using the Radiology Veterans Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VISTA) Package.Qualifications
  • Graduate of a related JCERT-certified program
  • ARRT(R) certification
  • California CRT license and Fluoroscopy permit
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 2 years recent experience in the Radiography modality
  • Experience with operating all Direct Radiographic (DR) radiology equipment including general diagnostic, portable, fluoroscopic, operating room (OR) and Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) related equipment as part of the diagnostic plan for patients is preferredAll candidates must be able to:
    • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
    • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
    • Lift up to 20 lbs
    • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
