Job Description:

Title:LCV NORTHCOM NTC: InvestigatorResponsible for planning and carrying out sensitive and complex investigations, investigative support operations and investigative staff projects. Work to ensure that investigative material is obtained, maintained, secured and analyzed for investigative reports to appropriate officials. Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Displays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills. Candidate shall serve as site level subject matter expert and focal point for all site level security issues. Provides written & oral briefing information to senior management. Assist in the development of security education and instructional programs. Coordinate and interface with client and other government agencies to include host nation agencies. Conduct security Site Assessments and associated Risk Assessments. Manage physical security, and security compliance programs. Enforce Force Protection levels to ensure PPE is worn when needed. Will be required to work night shift and travel as needed for extended periods of time. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of five (4) years leadership experience.
• Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience conducting formal investigations.
• Must have knowledge interview and investigative techniques and must be able to complete written reports related to security incidents.
• Must be able to provide written & oral briefing information to security management.
• Must have the ability to give security education and instructional presentations.
• Must be able to articulate with little guidance the security mission to site management and coordinate with the client and other government agencies to include host nation agencies.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
