Job Description:
What is the role about? As the Yard Supervisor you will play a
key role in our business by overseeing yard operations, inventory
control team, and ensuring all materials are dealt with in an
organized manner to aid in the success of our production schedule.
This position requires self-accountability and ownership of work
products and projects and provides solutions that result in
positive outcomes. In addition, you will champion Dvele's company
culture through strong leadership skills, empathy, and awareness.

contributions Qualifications, Education & Certifications: A minimum
of 1+ years of experience working in and/or supervising a yard is
required Bi-lingual speaking of English and Spanish preferred
Experience in training, time management, and human relations skills
preferred Working knowledge of business measurement systems and
KPIs is preferred Working knowledge of Industrial Safety and
Environmental Regulations is preferred Experience using a Hand Held
Cycle Counting device is preferred Experience using G-suite, CAD,
Slack, specialized application use, Tulip, Netsuite, BIM 360, or
other related software is preferred A High School Diploma or GED
credential is required Must hold a valid forklift certification
First-aid training and/or certification is preferred Essential
Duties & Responsibilities: Appropriately recycle or dispose of
materials deemed as waste Set deadlines for all production tasks
and follow up accordingly to ensure projects are tracking on-time
Monitor employee timekeeping and verify hours worked daily
Encourage effective communication and flexibility within the team
and gain an understanding of their needs and problems Attend
company meetings and provide department updates as needed Provide
motivation, maintain a high level of morale, and minimize
confrontation Ensure on-the-job training and instructions are
provided for trainees, apprentices, and Dvelees Inspect and sign
off all completed work Implement and maintain quality standards,
check sheets, and other production-related procedures Ensure
company policies and procedures are understood and adhered to,
including local, state, and federal regulations Ensure working
spaces are safe, organized, and free of potential hazards Provide
feedback to Supply Chain & Logistics Manager regarding performance
and recruitment requirements Monitor the work performance of the
inventory control staff and assist in their professional
development Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Logistics
department on material requirements for current and upcoming
projects as needed Ensure regular maintenance of company equipment
and machinery is undertaken in conjunction with the relevant
Department Attend to injuries of staff and follow up with necessary
paperwork Identify and record problems in the yard and initiate
corrective action as needed Other job duties as assigned What we
