Job Description:
A Day in the Life----Under the direction of the People
Experience Manager, the People Experience Coordinator will enable a
culture of excellence through assisting with the administrative
requirements of the People Experience department with a focus on
leave management.-- You will be looked upon to provide great
customer service to all team members, while maintaining
professionalism and confidentiality in the dealings you have with

available for this role:1st Shift: Monday-Friday,
8:00am-4:30pm--Starting Pay Range:--$23.00 - $28.50 an hour--All

tasks, and deadlines--Highly organized, detail-oriented, and
possess outstanding follow through skills--Ability to maintain
confidentiality with highly sensitive data--Flexible work style and
approach based on client needs/style and HR
partnership--Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency--Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint and SharePoint)--Professionalism, with ability to
maintain confidential information and a positive "can-do"
attitude.--Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in
writing--Excellent data entry and strong documentation skills--Has
the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing
priorities.-----Trustworthy and moral character (we use
pre-employment background & drug tests)--The Must Haves:--Must have
a High School diploma, college degree or related certificateMust
have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role with working
knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. Leave
Administration, Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, and Terminations--)
--Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), data
entry and email --Must be bilingual in Spanish/English; read, write
and speak proficiently--Must be 18 years or older to apply--Must
have a valid driver's license--Must have physical ability to carry
out essential job functions, including but not limited to, sitting
for long periods of time, occasionally walking and standing,
climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and
tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold,
etc. when stepping into the warehouse--Things You Will be
Doing--Coordinate and assist with the new hire process, including
assisting and ensuring new hires properly complete on-boarding
process, submit and process paperwork to appropriate departments,
create new employee files, assist auditing employee files,
coordinate orientation and support training efforts--Manage
sensitive and confidential matters such as the security of
information data and files; accountable for new hire file creation,
including support for collecting new hire paperwork, maintenance of
I-9 forms, and maintain electronic employee files.Organize new hire
packets along with comprising any pay acknowledgment forms
needed.--Create bi-weekly pay acknowledgment check forms--Be the
face of the HR department, answering tier one employee questions
with a focus on customer service and maintaining a positive and
supportive attitude--Responds to inquiries from employees and
external parties; processes employment information/verification
requests consistent with agency policies and confidentiality
requirements--Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance
and punctualityProcessing terminationsManaging Leave of Absence
