A Day in the Life The People Experience Coordinator (HR Coordinator) is an essential member of our People Experience (HR) department. They will assist in the day-to-day functions and provides comprehensive support to the daily operation of the People Experience department in areas including, but not limited to, records management, HRIS/systems, benefits, onboarding, and general administrative duties. All About YouWhat Youll Bring to the Role:Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks, and deadlinesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and possess outstanding follow through skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive dataFlexible work style and approach based on client needs/style and HR partnershipSelf-starter with a strong sense of urgencyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint)Professionalism, with ability to maintain confidential information and a positive "can-do" attitude.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingExcellent data entry and strong documentation skillsHas the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities. Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)The Must Haves:Must have 12+ months of customer service experienceMust have 2 years of human resources experienceBachelor's degree highly preferred or equivalent in experienceKnowledge of HRIS systems and creation of HRIS reports; ADP Workforce Now experience preferredMust have a valid drivers licenseBilingual in Spanish and English a plusMust have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, sitting for long periods of time, occasionally walking and standing, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. when stepping into the warehouse Things You Will be DoingCoordinate and assist with the new hire process, including assisting and ensuring new hires properly complete on-boarding process, submit and process paperwork to appropriate departments, create new employee files, assist auditing employee files, coordinate orientation and support training effortsManage sensitive and confidential matters such as the security of information data and files; accountable for new hire file creation, including support for collecting new hire paperwork, maintenance of I-9 forms, and making employee filesOrganize new hire packets along with comprising any pay acknowledgment forms needed.Create bi-weekly pay acknowledgment check formsBe the face of the HR department, answering tier one employee questions with a focus on customer service and maintaining a positive and supportive attitudeResponds to inquiries from employees and external parties; processes employment information/verification requests consistent with agency policies and confidentiality requirementsMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
