Our core values are compassion, excellence, humility, integrity, justice, teamwork and wholeness.The Project Credentialed Trainer - Patient Business Office, LLEAP Credentialed Trainer has a thorough understanding of all the Revenue Cycle systems; including but not limited to the Epic system applications and the related workflows. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive training program that includes training on all Revenue Cycle systems. Develops and maintains training materials. Responsible for training the Billing Office staff including vendors and temporary staff. Works closely with the Epic maintenance team to ensure workflow and system changes accurately reflect current workflows. Stays current on all system enhancements and upgrades. Demonstrates excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. These services may be provided for both the LLUMC and LLUCH hospitals. Performs other duties as needed.High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum three years of experience working in a large acute academic hospital business office required. Minimum one year of experience as an Epic Credentialed Trainer required.Epic Credential Trainer Certification required.Demonstrated strong verbal communication and public speaking skills required. Strong presentation skills to large audience base required. Able to: read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, fax machine, and software programs necessary to the position. Strong computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work audiovisual equipment proficiently in the training environment. Able to communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; speak effectively before small and large groups of employees, administration, and other internal and external entities; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; teach and collaborate. Must have problem-solving skills and be adaptable to change. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a positive attitude. Ability to learn and to remain competent in Epic skills. Must be detail oriented. Ability to distinguish colors within computer programs; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone; identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the work place; see adequately to read medical records, computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position; discern temperatures through touch.Keywords: EpicCare Ambulatory/ E-Health Additional Information
