Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Henderson, NV Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,085 to $2,279 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse) - Labor/Delivery (L&D) City/State: Henderson, Nevada Shift: 12H Nights, Every Other Weekend, 19:00:00-07:00:00, will float to postpartum Contract Length: 12.00-3,91 Start Date: 03/02/2026 Job Description: The RN for Labor and Delivery is responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate care during the birthing process and postpartum period. This role requires expertise in both labor and delivery practices and patient management in a high-risk Level 3 setting. Responsibilities: Perform vaginal exams and internal monitor placements. Manage high-risk laboring and delivery patients, as well as antepartum patients. Circulate and recover C-Section patients. Float to Mother-Baby unit and other areas as needed. Read and interpret fetal monitor strips accurately. Requirements: Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, AFM, and NRP. Ability to titrate Magnesium Sulfate, Pitocin, Insulin, and Heparin. Independent and confident in conducting thorough patient assessments. Experience with self-scheduling requests within a committee-reviewed system.
