Salary Range: $238,740-$243,930 Requirements to apply: Graduate of
an accredited Medical School required. Board Certification in
Family Medicine required. Current California Medical License, DEA
Certificate required. We have an exciting opportunity for a Family
Practice Physician in San Bernardino, CA! Job Overview: Cordially
and professionally greet all patients, vendors, team members and
visitors. Communicate with patients in friendly, confident, and
courteous manner conducive to personalized patient care environment
Be well versed on WFHC services. Responsible for providing episodic
and chronic care, as well as screening and educational assistance
to clinic & patients Recognize diversity of patient population and
treat all warmly and kindly Work in harmony with other members of
the healthcare team to provide quality service to patients Provide
quality care to patients by following the most current
evidence-based guideline and procedure of practice Following agency
protocols that are evidence-based guidelines, perform common
vaccinations and diagnostic screenings Take part in quality
assurance activities including to but not limited to peer review
Ensure participation in continuing education and training to keep
abreast of current developments to stay current with medical
practices. Provide general medical care and function independently
within the legal limitations of the practitioner as directed by the
state of California. Collaborate with medical affairs and
administration in developing protocols and procedures in compliance
with the laws of the State of California. Participate in chart
review, peer review and quality improvement efforts. Refer problems
outside the scope of the program or beyond the provider's expertise
and training to the appropriate medical or social resource. Comply
with clinical reporting requirements. Contact patients as required
regarding special problems and/or follow up care. Participate in
