Pediatric Anesthesiologist Job Details Location: Fontana, California (92335) – Southern California healthcare jobs Estimated Weekly Pay: $12,550 - $13,230 Assignment Length: 13 weeks with option to extend Start Date: September 29, 2025 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Shifts per Week: 5 Shift Duration: 8-hour days Call: 1 weekend of 24-hour call per month (Friday-Sunday), plus night call on 2 shifts per week (low call-back volume) Setting: Inpatient and outpatient pediatric anesthesia EMR: Health Connect (EPIC experience highly preferred) Pediatric Anesthesiologist Qualifications Active Board Certification in Anesthesiology Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology required Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in pediatric anesthesia Proficiency with EMR systems; EPIC experience preferred California medical license or eligibility to obtain (California anesthesiology jobs) Ability to work independently in both inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings Pediatric Anesthesiologist Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric anesthesia services (excluding cardiac and neurology cases) Deliver anesthesia care for pediatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings Participate in rotating call schedule, including night and weekend coverage Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality care in pediatric anesthesiology Benefits 1099 Contract Positions do not include employee benefits.
