Description Physical Therapist at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8 hour, Day shift. Evaluates, plans, directs and administers medically prescribed physical therapy programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury, or loss of body part. Required Qualifications: - Coursework/Training - Graduate of the American Physical Therapy Association training program.Coursework/Training - Foreign trained applicants must complete successful entry level educational equivalency review. - California Physical Therapist License upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
