Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Riverside, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,374 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in ICU License: RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: ACLS certification BLS certification NIH certification Greater than 1 year of experience in ICU Description: Responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the ICU setting. Facilitate effective communication with patients and families. Manage critical patient situations and provide necessary interventions. Utilize advanced equipment such as tele monitors, bladder scanners, and ventilators. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Perform procedures such as chest tube insertion, tracheostomy, and intubation. Implement advanced skills including arterial line management and mechanical ventilation. Adhere to unit-specific guidelines and policies. Contribute to a positive work environment and team dynamics. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills.
