We're looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our powerhouse team at RCMC Rancho Cucamonga and RCMC Hesperia! You'll guide patients through custom weight loss and hormone therapy programs with love, integrity, and results-driven care. We are currently hiring for TWO part-time roles:



--- Rancho Cucamonga, CA: Thursdays, Fridays, Half-day Saturdays
--- Hesperia, CA: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

Responsibilities:
--- Perform consultations for weight loss, peptide, and hormone therapy patients
--- Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide), peptides, and bioidentical HRT
--- Order, review, and interpret lab work
--- Track patient progress and make personalized treatment adjustments
--- Provide lifestyle, medication, and supplement education
--- Document thoroughly using DrChrono EMR
--- Collaborate with nutrition coaches, trainers, and MAs to ensure holistic patient care
--- Deliver patient experience with RCMC's values: integrity, compassion, accountability, and unreasonable hospitality
--- Attend team meetings and help improve protocols and systems
--- Cheer on your patients like family, they're more than a chart here

Qualifications:
--- Active California Nurse Practitioner License with Prescriptive Authority
--- Background in weight loss, internal medicine, or hormone optimization
--- Experience or willingness to learn GLP-1s, peptides, and HRT
--- Deep compassion and excitement for helping people reclaim their health
--- Strong integrity, follow-through, and a positive mindset
