Job Description:
Medcare Staffing is seeking a Pediatrician for an outpatient
clinic in Riverside, CA.Start in the 30-60 days100 % outpatientLow
patient volumes Established patient base in the communityFull
support staff Benefits includeHealth Insurance - become eligible
after 60 days and the 1st of the month. The company pays up to 75%
of medical, 100% of vision, and a 100% dental HMO. Retirement
planLife insurance - company provides $50K for providers 48 sick
hours per year. Any hours in excess of 24 hours get paid out at the
end of the fiscal year2 weeks of vacation for the 1st two years of
employment. After 3 years they accrue 3 weeks per yearMost minor
and major holidays off5 additional days off for education
(Seminars, CME, etc)$2000 available in reimbursement yearly for
education (books, CMEs, courses, etc)We pay for licensing fees,
renewals of dea, board certificationProvide them with malpractice
insuranceProvide them with up-to-date accessEligible for loan
forgiveness through HRSA. Up to $50K per year after their 2nd year
