Neurology opening in Fontana, California. Clinician Type:
NP/PA
Unit/Dept: Neurology
Unit Details: Outpatients Clinic Medical management of neurological
patients Some consultations Majority will be the procedural
injections
Daily Patient Volume: 12-16
Additional Providers/Support Staff: RNs and MAs on site but none
dedicated as they run a team based model
EMR System(s): Epic
Lic/Certs: Active CA Lic
BC/BE: BC
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
Start Date: ASAC
Duration: Ongoing
Shift: 8:30 am - 5pm 2 Days per week minimum; Prefer Thursday and
Fridays but Flexible, Will accommodate full time schedules as
well.
Housing/Travel: All inclusive
