In-Person Licensed Therapist (LMFT - LCSW - LPCC)

This is for an in-person or hybrid therapist position! We are looking for therapists who like the ease of private practice without the overhead and administrative work that comes with owning your career.

We are looking for therapists who can be in person for 30 client spots that may be virtual or in-person clients. All documentation, training, etc are generally held virtually and can be done from the office or from home. Our therapists have a lot of autonomy, a nice space to work, and access to a team environment that keeps away the loneliness that being in a solo practice sometimes can bring.

We usually get 3 major questions regarding this position:

How big of a caseload? We ask for 30 open spots per week, caseloads vary pending clients being bi-weekly or transitioning out.

What is productivity? We ask for average productivity of 24 client hours per week. Some therapists accomplish it with 28 open spots, and some with 30 spots.

Is this a W2 position? Yes, this is a W-2 position that is salaried at $85,000 (hybrid)-$90,000 (FT in person) per year. We also give a generous bonus per/hr clinical bonus for any clients that exceed the average of 25 hours of productivity. We also give 3 weeks of vacation, 4 major holidays, 3 floating holidays, 3 sick days, and some other forms of time off including FLEX time. In addition, we offer full employee benefits including health, vision, dental, and 401k.

Responsibilities:
--- 30 open calendar spots for booking clients
--- 24 weekly average clients
--- Completing assessments in 7 days
--- Diagnosis on the first session
--- Notes in by the end of the week.

Optional:
--- Creating training, curriculum, and retreats

Qualifications:
--- Must be licensed in CA as an LMFT or LCSW
--- Must have a clean working history
--- Great communication skills
--- Authentic and open to every kind of person
--- Willingness to see any clients assigned that are virtual
