Manufacturing Manager Director Supervisor Plant Manager General Manager Machine Building Fabrication Engineering Processing Machinery Automation _.

Seeking individual with background supervising a specialized, small-scale production environment making highly engineered and customizable electro-mechanical equipment who can manage personnel, resolve production issues, and promote a Lean Manufacturing environment.

Shall:

*** Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operation from order receipt to final delivery, including: subassembly and raw materials purchase, stocking, warehousing, assembly, testing, rework, quality control, delivery, and customer acceptance.

*** Communicate raw material and special purchase needs to procurement and purchasing personnel and ensure on-time receipt of goods.

*** Evaluate existing and past company production activities and projects and incorporate the master data into ERP MRP system to assist with current and future projects.

*** Train team members in advanced techniques and quality production standards.

*** Actively develop and implement a Lean focused manufacturing environment to meet new company standards and organizational goals.

In addition to demonstrable production management expertise for engineered to order systems, we are seeking a self-starter with a track record of going the extra mile to finish tasks that would pose a problem to bureaucratic middle managers who don't want to lift a finger and get their hands dirty.

Must have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline and experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Toyota Production System, etc.

Compensation to $200,000 commensurate with experience. Annual two way performance reviews and cost of living adjustments, fully company paid medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
