The Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering specific business results to achieve excellence. Responsibilities:

• Accountable for coaching and developing front-line leaders.
• Develop safe drivers through scheduling training sessions, following compliance and having mentoring opportunities.
• Collaborate with other Schneider teams to develop solutions that meet customers' needs.
• Review financial results to determine what adjustments can be made to maximize business results.
• Establish yearly metrics and ensure teams are tracking to meet and exceed them. Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or minimum of four years relevant work experience.
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Goal-driven and motivated to reach desired outcomes.
