Job Description:
MC: Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (Full-time,
Day shift) -Our mission is to continue the teaching and healing

wholeness.The Director-PACE (Program for All-inclusive Care for the
Elderly) Program demonstrates acute business acumen and performs
effectively in a complex matrix healthcare system with multiple
licensed hospitals, institutes, centers of excellence and
ambulatory care sites and clinics. Works in tandem with executive
leadership, senior administration, medical staff officers and
physician leadership, Financial Planning and Analysis, Business
Development and Marketing/Philanthropy to develop, implement and
sustain a Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
that aligns with Loma Linda University Health (LLUH) and related
hospital strategic plans. The Executive Director is responsible for
the development, implementation and management of
Disease/Population Health Management leading to improved patient
outcomes. This position will serve as a leader in driving clinical
transformation, delivering a comprehensive interdisciplinary
approach to achieve care delivery excellence throughout the patient
care continuum that measurably improves quality, creates, holistic,
patient centered care experiences and reduces healthcare costs by
reducing waste and optimizing the value. The Executive Director is
responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the
program's oversight and administration, including effective
planning, development and evaluation of the program's operations,
marketing and enrollment, and quality improvement. Performs other
duties as needed.Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration,
Business Administration or related field required. Master's Degree
in related field preferred. Four years in a healthcare delivery or
healthcare payer administrative role, and clinical management
experience, preferably in population health. Experience with
all-inclusive care for the elderly population is
preferred.Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and/or
healthcare payer administration. Advanced knowledge of competitive
dynamics, customer needs, financial impact and market trajectory in
a healthcare clinical setting. Strong communication skills both
written and verbal are necessary and be able to do public speaking.
Must be able to multi-task, analyze and handle complex situations.
Able to read; write and speak with professional quality; use
computer and software programs necessary to the position, e.g.,
Word, Excel, Power Point, Access; operate/troubleshoot basic office
equipment required for the position. Able to relate and communicate
positively, effectively, and professionally with others; provide
leadership; be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies; work
calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; lead,
supervise, teach, and collaborate; accept direction. Able to
communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on
the telephone; think critically; work independently; perform basic
math and statistical functions; compose written material; work well
under pressure; problem solve; organize and prioritize workload;
recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail.
Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for
general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify
and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see
adequately to read computer screens, and written documents
