Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated High Level
Customer Service/Account Manager to join our team. The successful
candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional customer
service and account management experience. You will be responsible
for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our
customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and
services, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
--- Manage and develop long-term relationships with key customers,
ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
--- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and
professional manner.
--- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
--- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of
products and services to customers.
--- Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and
market share.
--- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to
identify new business opportunities.
--- Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer
activity, sales, and market trends.
Required Skills:
--- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
--- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both
verbally and in writing.
--- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer
satisfaction.
--- Skill in negotiations, communications, and providing customer
support.
--- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
--- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening
skills.
Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
--- 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management,
or sales.
--- Experience in the industrial door industry is a plus.
--- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving
revenue growth.
--- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
--- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
