TCI is looking forLevel 2 & 3 Diesel Technicians / Mechanics for our Busy Fleet Shop!

Our shop is converting to a 24/7 schedule. We are looking for individuals that can work 3 days on 4 days off.

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 12pm to 12:30am
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 12am to 12:30pm Pay based on position and experience Level 2 Diesel Technician Major Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose/Troubleshoot Basic issues, review with supervisor for corrective action plan.
  • Vehicle component lubrication and replacement
  • Electrical system repairs
  • Cooling system maintenance
  • Road test to confirm repairs
  • Brake maintenance
  • Tire and/or wheel replacement
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is required for this position
  • All employees required to follow Federal,State,Local regulatory and environmental laws
  • employee may perform other work-related duties. Qualifications: 2 to 4 years' experience in related field Level 3 Diesel Technicians
    You will generally assist in the repair and diagnosis of major components or remove/replace major components of various truck and trailer equipment at the direction of Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor. Expectations include the ability to diagnose and repair the following with little or no supervision: Clutches, PTO Systems, Electric Systems, Hydraulic/ Air Brake Systems, Heating/ Air Conditioning Systems, Instruments and Gauges, and Preventive Maintenance Service.
    Qualifications: 4+ years practical experience with tractor trailer maintenance required

    • Must own your own tools or assistance program is available for recent grads!
    • Must possess a valid driver's license
    • Self-motivated & Leadership skills
