Job Description Job Description Our team is seeking an
experienced Maintenance Technician to work at a property in Parker,
CO. Responsibilities: Make ready's/Work orders Report updates to
ownership and Property Manager Order necessary supplies and log
inventory as needed Assist team with difficult projects Possess
strong experience and knowledge in the following tasks: Plumbing -
sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains
(snaking when applicable) Electrical - replacing fixtures and
switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when
applicable Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks,
hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting Appliances - help with
the installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing
garbage disposals, small repairs ? Qualifications: Previous
Apartment Maintenance Experience Must have personal hand tools and
drill Must have reliable means of transportation Ability to handle
physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Pay Range:
$21/hr-25/hr. (Depending on Experience and Apartment Community) -
Also Depending on Certifications Weekly pay! Career Strategies’
