Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. Address and resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner. Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools. Assist with the setup and breakdown of facilities for events and activities. Collaborate with team members and management to improve maintenance processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in building maintenance is a plus. Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair various building systems effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You should be proficient in: HVAC Repair Maintenance and Repair Skills Heavy Material Handling Industrial Electrical Experience Machine Safety Inspections
