As a Permanent Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing and operations departments. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on costs, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, policies, and procedures
• Analyze and report on cost variances and trends
• Conduct regular KPI analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to develop job costing and pricing strategies
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
• Conduct regular audits of financial operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the accounting teamQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with job costing and pricing strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
