Immediate need for loan processor with 5+ years of experience in
processing, underwriting or loan modifications. Keys to success
will be experience managing 50-60 loans in a wholesale environment
and able to work independently. Seeking someone with a well
developed ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines,
with knowledge of processing and closing policies and procedures,
documents, governmental and agency requirements and terminology.
